CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS
Please review the following before your appointment:
LOCATION: Located within Kingsview Market, inside Citizen Salon.
ARRIVAL: Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your appointment starts on time. Feel free to make yourself comfortable in the front foyer lounge; you will be greeted at your scheduled appointment time.
LATE POLICY: Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling or a shortened service.
CANCELLATIONS: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged the full service fee.
